CALCIUM CARBONATE in our OsteoProCare ???

Here is a simple explanation on this issue:

The regulations (FDA, TGA, Medsafe) demand that the Consumer Information (Labeling Rules) that goes on all our products state the “DRY” ingrediets – i.e. what goes into the product but before it is mixed together.

All Calcium in it’s elemental form is Calcium Carbonate – this form is nearly impossible for our body to digest, absorb and activate on a cellular level!

Therefore it needs to be mixed with an acid to break it down and make it more soluble, so we get all the other forms like Calcium Citrate (using citric acid), Calcium Ascorbate (using Ascorbic Acid) etc….

The cheapest Acids are commonly used to keep the price down.

The most effective acid by far for our bodies to absorb the Calcium is OROTIC Acid which is derived from whey (which is derived from milk).

Studies to Calcium OROTATE by Dr. Hans Nieper are available from our Team Crown Library for the more scientific minds.

As our OPC is a liquid supplement, all the ingredients mentioned on the label are then mixed together as a liquid and therefore the orotic acid that was added to the mix via the Magnesium Orotate now chelates ALL the minerals and technically speaking turns them into OROTATES….therefore the Calcium Carbonate is now in the product as CALCIUM OROTATE, which is the most absorbable and therefore the most effective way of getting Calcium into our bodies and bone cells.
